Lakeland Players 50th Anniversary LogoOur 50th Season!...

Lakeland Players Community Theatre was established in May of 1959 and has been going strong ever since. Our mission is to provide opportunities for education and participation in the performing arts to members of the community as well as to encourage community support and appreciation of the creative process. Lakeland Players is a non-profit organization that is designed to enable a creative outlet for local thespians in the Pontiac/Waterford/White Lake "lakes" area communities. We are here to create quality theatrical productions for ourselves and to our community.

We have many opportunities for you to learn, participate and become a leader within our group. Experience is welcome but not a pre-requisite to entering community theatre. We simply are here to have fun and enjoy our craft.
Come and see one of our productions or sign-up to help us out backstage! We are a low-drama, HIGH-ENERGY performing group and are looking for willing participants in up-coming productions!

By becoming a member of Lakeland Players Community Theatre:

  • You will be supporting your local theatre group.
  • You will receive newsletters and notices about theatre happenings.
  • You will be welcome at our monthly meetings.
  • You will be eligable to attend C.T.A.M. conventions.
  • You will be asked to participate in our season!
  • You will be enabled to enroll your children in our annual Theatre Camp.

Your membership dollars help bring quality shows and workshops to the Lakes region.
